It was a trial, but Serhiy found the strength to start a new life and pursue his dreams. In the company, Serhiy began his journey as a merchandiser. Understanding the customers’ needs and possessing deep technical knowledge, he quickly adapted to the new field of activity. Serhiy excelled while working in corporate and dealer departments, always developing and improving his skills. His experience and expertise enable him to ensure the sustainable development of production, the level of service, and meet the clients’ needs. He always listens to their wishes and requirements, knowing how to provide quality service. At the same time, Serhiy never forgets about his hobbies. Radio engineering, gardening, and fishing complement his life and help find a balance between work and personal life. His three children are very proud of their father. Olena Serhiyenko has been with the company since 2017. She initially worked as an export manager and later took charge of the export department. Thanks to her efforts, Patron and Barva products are now known in Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Moldova, Armenia, Germany, and Uzbekistan. Olena is successful not only in her profession but also in her personal life. She enjoys spending time with her family. Although her children are already adults with their own families, they still find time to be together. They go to parks, movies, and interesting exhibitions. Olena loves reading, especially autobiographies, memoirs, and psychology. Another one of Olena’s passions is playing the piano.
