Serhiy Kostin is a successful and inspiring personality. Since childhood, he has been fascinated by technology and electronics, attending radio hobby club. His passion grew with each day and eventually turned into a profession. In 2014, during a challenging period for Ukraine, Serhiy and his family had to move from Luhansk to Kyiv. It was a trial, but Serhiy found the strength to start a new life and pursue his dreams. In the company, Serhiy began his journey as a merchandiser. Understanding the customers’ needs and possessing deep technical knowledge, he quickly adapted to the new field of activity. Serhiy excelled while working in corporate and dealer departments, always developing and improving his skills. His experience and expertise enable him to ensure the sustainable development of production, the level of service, and meet the clients’ needs. He always listens to their wishes and requirements, knowing how to provide quality service. At the same time, Serhiy never forgets about his hobbies. Radio engineering, gardening, and fishing complement his life and help find a balance between work and personal life. His three children are very proud of their father. Olena Serhiyenko has been with the company since 2017. She initially worked as an export manager and later took charge of the export department. Thanks to her efforts, Patron and Barva products are now known in Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Moldova, Armenia, Germany, and Uzbekistan. Olena is successful not only in her profession but also in her personal life. She enjoys spending time with her family. Although her children are already adults with their own families, they still find time to be together. They go to parks, movies, and interesting exhibitions. Olena loves reading, especially autobiographies, memoirs, and psychology. Another one of Olena’s passions is playing the piano. All of this shows that Olena is a successful professional with a rich personal life. She manages to strike a balance between work, family, and her hobbies, which is a crucial element for a happy life.

Yaroslav is a bright example of a hardworking and initiative-driven individual. He joined the company in 2011 and has since mastered most of the production areas. With the ability to creatively solve production tasks, Yaroslav demonstrates high productivity and compliance with the company’s technological standards. Despite his successful work, Yaroslav doesn’t forget about his hobbies, which include fishing and football. Additionally, he pays great attention to his family. Yaroslav always finds time for his loved ones and provides them with support and attention. Natalia works at our company as a Cartridge Refilling Specialist. Her story is about attention to detail, responsibility, and confident professional growth within a team where quality truly matters. Natalia began her journey without high expectations, but with a strong inner motivation to understand the processes and learn how to do her job well. She admits that the beginning was accompanied by anxiety – new tasks, new requirements, and new responsibilities. “At first, it was a bit scary – I was afraid of doing something wrong. But step by step, I realized that everything is possible if you listen carefully, keep learning, and don’t rush,” Natalia recalls. Over time, confidence grew along with a clear understanding of each stage of the work process. For Natalia, it is important not just to complete a task, but to do it right – in compliance with standards and with respect for the final result. “I always think about how the quality depends on my work. It matters to me that everything is done carefully and without mistakes,” she says. Natalia values team support and stability – when the rules are clear, cooperation is strong, and you feel that your contribution truly matters. “I like that here you can work calmly, develop professionally, and feel part of a team. It gives me confidence in the future,” Natalia shares. Outside of work, Natalia is a wife and a mother raising two sons, and she knows well what daily responsibility and organization mean. She also has a hobby that brings her inspiration and a sense of creativity – sewing clothes. “When there is balance – between work, family, and something of your own – work becomes easier,” Natalia adds.

“I always set new goals for myself and achieve them, because staying in one place is never interesting.” Yulia joined our team more than 12 years ago. Before that, she worked in service centers as a receiving manager for technical equipment, and also in a company where she combined procurement and sales—so from day one she had a strong understanding of the market and quickly took ownership of her area. At our company, Yulia started as a Procurement Manager and confidently developed the spare parts direction—one that many still stereotypically consider “not a woman’s field.” Step by step, she raised the bar, outperformed her own previous results, and set new goals, which is exactly how she grew into a Product Manager. Today, Yulia is the Head of the Sales Management Department. Yulia is someone who values clear, well-structured processes while also adapting easily to change. She is about planning, priorities, and growth—but also about real team support: helping out, offering guidance, and keeping everyone focused on a shared result. Outside of work, Yulia recharges through travel, enjoys going to the movies with friends, may spend her evenings embroidering pictures, and, whenever she can, goes skiing. Her style is moving forward calmly and confidently, with an inner energy you can feel when she’s around.
